This month saw the launch of my Springboard workshops. The day is designed to give you competitive edge at imminent interviews or Assessment Days. Participants are given a 30-minute Skype mock interview beforehand, and this is followed by a videoed face-to-face interview on the day. Numbers are limited to six participants so that I can give plenty of individual feedback on CVs and interview performance. The day builds on what graduates will have already learnt at Uni, but above all it provides an opportunity to develop effective techniques and strategies for interviews and Assessment Centres. The next sessions are scheduled for November, but if there are three or more of you who want a session in October just let me know and we can make a date. Here is some of the feedback from my first participants:

“I have left Teresa’s workshop really excited by the prospect of my next interview. The workshop is a fantastic way of gaining the all-important insight into what employers are looking for. I now feel much more positive about my future.”

“Teresa’s holistic coverage of the entire job journey accompanied by interview and CV feedback really helped focus my mind on how to achieve my dream career, something no career’s department at school or university was ever able to do!”

“A great day that has really given me the confidence to go after what I want.”

“Teresa’s workshop was brilliant at targeting the key skills that you need for Assessment Centres and interviews. She is very well informed and ensures that you know exactly how to prepare yourself, both in terms of the content of what you say and how you deliver it. I would recommend it to anyone looking to make the most out of the application window.”
